Spencer Stott – Founder, Senior Loan Advisor
I am a husband, a father, an outdoors enthusiast, but beyond those things I’m a Loan Advisor. When I’m not spending time with my family I enjoy Fly-fishing, golfing, traveling and running. I am an avid sports fan, especially when it comes to the Utah Jazz and the University of Utah!
I take pride in my reputation as an honest, straight-forward professional, and I know that you need to hear the truth about your loan – not a lot of hype. I can promise you that your questions are listened to and you will get straight answers. I not only strive to do the best for my clients, but also go the extra mile to make sure they get the service they deserve.
As a professional I have about two decades of experience as a licensed mortgage loan originator, specializing in FHA, VA, Conventional and Jumbo financing loans. Consistently closing millions worth of mortgage volume on a monthly basis.
Earned my Bachelors of Science degree from the University of Utah in Business/Consumer studies. Earned the highest level of licensing as a mortgage lender with a PLM (Principle Lending Manager) license. Fluent in the German Language.NMLS #134614

I’m Whitney and I am the processor for the group. I am excited to help you close your loan. I will be available to answer any questions that you have along the way.
Ryan Stuart

I’m Ryan or “Stu” I’ve been in the Real Estate industry for over 15 years! I’ve worked as a warranty manager and then spent 8 years in Title and Escrow. For the last year, I moved into the mortgage arena. I enjoy working at Unified Lending because of the people and the lower rates I can offer. I have experience with Conventional, FHA, VA, USDA and down payment assistance programs.
Kenneth Duford

Kenny “grew up” in the mortgage business with his parents being successful loan officers. After graduating high school early and spending some time at Brigham Young University (before and after serving an ecclesiastical mission in the Marshall Islands), he realized that his heart was in the mortgage business as well. He has been working in the industry since 2016 now and is the “Mortgage Expert” for Unified Lending. He and his wife Tyler have a baby girl and two dogs. Kenny loves attending concerts and playing golf, basketball, the guitar, and drums. He is a huge Lakers (sorry Jazz fans) and Dodgers fan!

I’m Amy, Spencers’ Virtual Assistant from the Philippines. I’m in-charge of handling tasks like data entry, online research, emails, maintaining files and other administrative duties to keep the company moving so Spencer can focus on larger goals.
